Take Your TSplus Certification Further with Open Badge Passport

Your TSplus Academy badge is a verifiable Open Badge.
Follow these four recommended steps to store, manage and share it with Open Badge Passport.
Download your badge
Download it from the My Certificates & Badges page or from your profile. The badge file is also attached to your congratulations email.

Create a free account at openbadgepassport.com (opens in a new tab) and import the badge file. Your badge keeps its original award date.
Before importing: the email address the badge was issued to must be added and verified in your Open Badge Passport account. This address may differ from the one you currently use to sign in to the Academy.
File to import: Open Badge Passport accepts PNG or PDF files that are Open Badge compatible. If you download several badges from the Academy, unzip the ZIP file first, then import the original PNG files it contains.
Do not convert the files or use a screenshot: the original files contain the metadata needed for verification.
Make it public
Open the badge, usually via the Share tab, and set its visibility to Public before sharing its Open Badge Passport link outside the platform. Otherwise, people opening the link may not be able to view the badge. The exact label may vary slightly as the interface evolves.
Share it
From the badge page, use the sharing options or copy its public link. If you hold several TSplus certifications, create a portfolio page, add your badges to it, make the page public and share its single link.
Already using Parchment Digital Badges (formerly Badgr)?
You do not need to transfer or delete anything. Importing your TSplus Academy badge into Open Badge Passport does not remove or replace the badge in your Academy profile.
Parchment retired its free-tier issuer capabilities on December 31, 2025, but learners can still access previously earned badges at no cost. Open Badge Passport is the wallet now recommended by TSplus Academy. Our advice: import your badges into a single wallet, then create a public portfolio page to present them from one link.
Why Open Badge Passport?
Free for personal use, developed and hosted in Finland, Open Badge Passport provides European users with an EU-based environment for managing their digital credentials. The service states that it complies with GDPR and is certified by 1EdTech for Open Badges 2.0 and 3.0.
A public badge page allows anyone with the link to view the issuer TSplus Academy, the official training and certification platform of TSplus together with the badge criteria and verification details.
