What is TSplus Academy?
TSplus Academy is the official training platform of TSplus, publisher of TSplus Remote Access, Advanced Security, Remote Support and Server Monitoring. It provides training paths and short learning resources for users of TSplus solutions, partners and resellers worldwide.
Is TSplus Academy free?
Yes. Every training path, learning resource, Open Badge and Certificate of Achievement is free. You only need an account, created in about 2 minutes with your email address.
Do I need a TSplus licence or a lab to train?
No. Every task is practised in a guided software simulation inside your browser. If you want to work in real conditions, every TSplus solution comes with a 15-day free trial and a public demo server is available.
How do I earn a certification?
Score 80% or higher in each required Do activity of your training path. You then receive a verifiable Expert Open Badge and a Certificate of Achievement issued in your name.
Who is TSplus Academy for?
TSplus Academy is open to everyone. It is designed for anyone who uses, deploys, secures, supports or resells TSplus solutions: IT administrators and support technicians, managed service providers, partners and resellers, and trainers who teach TSplus solutions and guide others through their learning. No prior TSplus experience is required.
